The holiday apartment is in a quiet, rural location, with a view of the Hohe Göll, the Tennen and Hagen mountains.

The 75m² apartment is on the first floor of the residential house, which is on a site with riding stables. Two other families live in the house. The apartment comprises a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen-diner, an entrance area, a WC and a separate shower. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (190 x 210cm) and there is a big sofa bed (230 x 200cm) in the living room. Both rooms also have a flatscreen TV, free Internet access and plenty of storage space. The light kitchen-diner provides an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and coffee machine.

The big garden is not fenced. Garden furniture, a parasol and loungers are available for the exclusive use of holiday guests. The grill area and garden shed are sometimes shared by the other house residents. There are parking spaces in front of the house.

A cot and a highchair can be provided on request. Small dogs can be brought, subject to prior agreement. You can book riding lessons on arrival (fees apply). The owner lives next door.

The apartment is only about 1km from the lake. You can find a supermarket and restaurants about 1km away. Trip destinations include several ski resorts, the Golling waterfall, Bluntautal, various mountain and meadow hikes, Königsee, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Mozart’s birth house, Hohen Salzburg Castle, the Hellbrunn zoo, several museums, lake areas and the Giant Ice World.
