This nice holiday accommodation is set in a quiet location on a small hill in the Chiana- Valley. Cosy furnishings and central living room with open fireplace. In front of the apartment is a large terrace with seats and a barbecue. The apartment also has a well-tended garden with seating area and a lawn from where you can enjoy a wide view over the Chiana Valley. The friendly owner lives on the upper floor. The location is very convenient for exploring central Tuscany – the property is less than an hour from Arezzo (15 km), Cortona (25 km), Montepulciano and Pienza (40 km). The beautiful Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and small islands is at 35 km distance. The centre of the small village of Alberoro with shops, bar, restaurant is also within easy walking distance (500 m).
