Spacious and bright holiday home with pool

This 150 m² detached holiday villa is located on spacious property in a residential neighbourhood in southern Puerto de Alcudia on Mallorca. It was built in 2001 and accommodates up to six people and a child. It is surrounded by nature in a residential neighbourhood with little traffic and a playground.

In the 225 m² garden, you can enjoy the pool with sun loungers and a small patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

The house offers three bedrooms: two are furnished with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m), the third one is furnished with a double bed (0.90 m x 1.35m); each bedroom has a built in closet. Additionally, you will find two bathrooms: one of the bathrooms boasts a shower and hair dryer, the other one a shower tub and each has a sink and a toilet. The bright and spacious living/dining room is furnished with a glass dining table, a sofa, two armchairs and a television with satellite reception. The adjacent, modern kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A washing machine and an iron are also available. A crib and a high chair are available upon request. WIFI is available as well.

The distance to the airport is about 50 km. Since the distances are rather short, you can easily enjoy day trips out. A rental car is recommended. The town of Puerto de Alcudia and its surrounding coves are one of the most popular ^natural reserves of Mallorca and offer beaches, natural reserves, lakes, numerous restaurant and culture in the old town, sports, such as cycling and hiking, aquatic sports and diving. In town you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy, the police, a hospital, a gas station, restaurants, bars, shops and public transport. The beach is 500 meters from the house (about 12 minutes on foot). It is about 800 meters to the natural reserve of S'Albufera with its varied flora and fauna. There is also a golf court nearby (about 3.5 kilometres). In Puerto D'Alcudia the market takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays.

According to a local initiative of energy saving, you can use the air conditioning and heating in the rooms daily from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 21:00 to 07:00. The cleaning service as well as the change of towels and sheets will be done weekly.

    “Sehr herzliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin mit Sekt, Obstkorb und einem Snack. Leider konnte die Vermieterin kein englisch oder deutsch. Die Verständigung war eher mit Händen und Füßen, ging aber irgendwie.

    Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Haus, Garten und Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir waren zu fünft dort und ein 2. Haustürschlüssel wäre gut gewesen.

    Deutsches Fernsehen haben wir nur mit allergrößter Mühe einstellen können. Die Vermieterin sollten wir per E-Mail kontaktieren, falls etwas ist. Sie hatte sich aber leider nicht bei uns gemeldet.”

    “Eine gute Lage in ruhiger Wohngegend, trotzdem Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Ausstattung: Alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Sauber! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Gute Lage. Altstadt von Alcudia mit dem Auto in 15 Min. erreichbar.”
