Beautiful Holiday Apartment in Vodnjan with Garden and Terrace and Beautiful View

Apartment with a view of the Brijuni islandsThis holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of Vodnjan, surrounded by olive trees.It is on the first floor and affords a beautiful view of the sea and the Brijuni islands. The accommodation provides a beautiful, open kitchen in the spacious living room. The kitchen unit is equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, and all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The apartment has air conditioning, a TV with satellite reception and a DVD player, and free wireless Internet access throughout. It is suitable for four people and has two bedrooms. The bedrooms each have two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm. You can pull out the sofa in the living room into another bed. One bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, and the second, larger bathroom also has a washing machine. There are air conditioning units in the kitchen and in the living room, but the cool air also reaches the bedrooms.The terrace is roofed and furnished, so you can enjoy meals outdoors. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee accompanied by the chirping of crickets and the twittering of birds.The house is surrounded by over 1000m² of greenery and olive groves. There is a private parking space on site. The extensive plot of land is fenced. Next to the house, about 10 metres away, there is the restaurant run by the owner’s parents, where you can try the best ham, olive oil and wine in Istria. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as traditional Istrian dishes, can be arranged on request.The nearest beaches are Peroj and Fažana and both are less than three minutes (4km) away. Pula airport is 15 minutes away by car. The nearest shop is 500-700 metres away, as are a petrol station and a café. Active holiday-makers can hire bicycles nearby. The location of the house is ideal for exploring the whole of Istria. Pula is 10km and Rovinj 15km away.

    Die Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen und man erreicht in kurzer Zeit viele tolle Ecken.
    Der abgeschlossen Hof gibt ein Gefühl von Sicherheit.”

    “Uns hat es in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Gut gelegen mit schattigem großen Balkon und funktionierender Klimaanlage. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Bildern. Das Wohnzimmer hat nur ein kleines Fenster, sonst ist alles gut. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett, es gab Häppchen zur Begrüßung gute Tipps zur Umgebung und immer ein freundliches Lachen. Dankeschön!”

    “Die Wohnung war sauber, ruhig gelegen und ausreichend ausgestattet. Möbel und Betten waren von etwas minderer Qualität. Dafür verfügt die Wohnung über einen großen und überdachten Balkon. Die Vermieterfamilie war ausnehmend freundlich und liebenswürdig.”
