The detached holiday home is furnished in a rustic style. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet, sunny and secluded location in the forest the domicile is popular. For use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site.

Smiljan, district Bužim. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment is in a quiet location with a large green area. Access is via a field or forest track (rubble or gravel). Parking is available on the property.

electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Outdoor pool (diameter 5 m, depth 1,1 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to mid of September. Installation Pool.
