This holiday home is in a serene part of Ika and is surrounded by greenery. The ground floor and the first floor are connected to each other by an external staircase. There are two apartment units on the ground floor. A large apartment is situated on the first floor with a recreation room which is very spacious. Each living unit has a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a huge terrace on the top floor. A barbecue and a separate play area for children are available in the garden. Ika is a small holiday resort on the lively and famous Riviera of Opatija. Do take a swim in one of the wonderful beaches in the towns Ika, Medveji, Moscenika Draga or Brsec.
