    “Zustand und Lage sind im Grundsatz gut. Leider sind Fäkaliensickergruben ("biologische Abwasseranlage") im Garten, unmittelbar vor der Ferienwohnung. Die dadurch entstehende Geruchsbelästigung hat die Nutzungsmöglichkeit des Gartens eingeschränkt. Bei dem Preis der Ferienwohnung hätten wir bzgl. Geschirr/Besteck/Gläser eine qualitativ etwas bessere Ausstattung erwartet. Es sind kaum zwei gleiche Weingläser oder Teetassen zu finden und das Besteck ist zwar anzahlmäßig reichlich vorhanden, jedoch auf billigstem Niveau.”
