LOVELY APARTMENTS MARMONT WITH BALCONIES IN THE HEART OF SPLIT

Lovely holiday apartment, recently renovated (2020), with a private balcony in the heart of Splt This lovely 3rd floor, one bedroom holiday apartment is in a beautiful, 100 year old secession style building which is conveniently located in the very heart of Split. Just a short 3 minute stroll to the UNESCO listed Diocletians Palace and with all amenities close to hand, the bright and airy apartment has a real home from home feel to it and provides all comforts including air conditioning, satellite tv, internet connection and a washing & dish machine.

The apartment features a living space of 40 m². It has only recently been fully renovated in 2020. The apartment is on the third floor, comfortably sleeping up to 4 people. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two persons, a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It is of the ideal size for the families, couples or groups. In the apartment you have free WIFI.

With its own private, 10 m² balcony with a table and chairs and nice views across the main promenade street Marmontova (balcony faces the Croatian National Theatre), the apartment presents an excellent choice for families, couples and groups looking for affordable accommodation in an exciting, vibrant city.

Near by apartment ( 60 meters) there is a street parking. For additional information about parking you can contact the owner any time. The owner can arrange parking free of charge. Usually, guests get secure parking 250 m from the apartment (price is cheaper than regular street parkingy

Upon request, airport transfer for a reasonable price is also on offer. A private driver for trips and tours to places like the Plitvice lakes, Waterfall Krka, Dubrovnik can also be arranged for a reasonable price.

The building is near the famous Diocletian Palace from the UNESCO World Heritage list, in the very centre of the Split Summer Festival events. Apartment has convenient location in the pedestrian zone and everything what you need is in the vicinity of the apartment.

The sandy beach is about 900 metres away name BACVICE. All most important city spots and locations are at the hand of its guests, so that those intended on enjoying Split Roman-Mediterranean and mystical atmosphere, are ideally located here. Apartment situated in the heart of town Split.
