Beautiful holiday home with private pool in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (about 2 km), in the heart of the Chianti area! The house was realized from the renovation of an antique brickyard and has a beautiful fireplace on the ground floor. There is also a Jacuzzi tub available for relaxing in the round bathroom. Tavarnelle Val di Pesa is really in the center of the Chianti area and from here you can quickly reach Florence (about 20 minutes by car), the historic hamlet of Barberino, where you can enjoy a typical dinner, or San Gimignano, the medieval city, famous for its towers. In Bargino there is a world famous wine producer, where you can participate in tastings (wine cellar visible from the motorway). Do not miss the opportunity to visit the world famous hamlets Panzano, Greve in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti! Siena, the city famous worldwide for its beautiful Piazza del Campo, is also within easy reach (45 km). Here the Palio horse race takes place twice a year (2 July and 16 August). The holiday home Fornacina is an ideal destination to combine complete relaxation with the discovery of the most beautiful Tuscan cities.     “Haus ist super, auch für Kinder gut geeignet. Wir waren mit 4 Kindern vor Ort, die nicht mehr heim wollten. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut, ansonsten kann ich den bisherigen Bewertern nur beipflichten. Alles sehr sauber. Die Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin war auch völlig unkompliziert und herzlich.”

    “Perfektes Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung, einem super Pool und sehr schönem großen Grundstück. Alleine die Aussicht aus dem Garten auf die umliegenden Hügel des Chianti-Gebiets wären eine Reise wert. Über Teerstraße (und nicht die oft übliche Schotterpiste) einfach zu erreichen.

    Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Besitzer (wir hatten uns ausgesperrt und das Malheur war nach 30 Minuten behoben).

    Das einzig minimal Negative wäre vielleicht die wenig befahrene Ortsverbindungsstraße, die am völlig uneinsehbaren Garten vorbei geht. Aber das ist Jammern auf höchsten Niveau.

    Für uns als Hundebesitzer sehr gut: Nahe des Hauses zweigt ein Schotterweg von der Straße ab, auf dem man prima die Morgen- und Abendrunde mit dem Hund machen kann.

    Fazit: Dieses Haus kann ich absolut empfehlen.”

    “Sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sauber und gepflegt, Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit, toller großer Pool, wunderschöner Garten, schöne Aussicht. Mäßig stark befahrene Strasse führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Ortszentrum in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.”
