This cottage surrounded by fruit and avocado trees is located 1.5 km away from Nerja. The beach of Burriana, the largest and most famous of Nerja’s beaches, is a little closer to the cottage.
The three bedrooms are fully air conditioned (hot/cold). There is a large living room with a television, DVD, satellite, fans and barbecue.
The cottage features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a 1.8 m jacuzzi. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with oven, cooker, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, mixer, fridge, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. An ironing board and iron are also available.
The private car park with 3 parking spaces is secured by an electric gate.
An 800 metre long path leads to the house, 100 m of which are farm lane and the remaining 700 m are paved. The centre of town with its restaurants and supermarkets is 1.5 km away and you find a health centre, fitness centre and tennis courts 1km away from the cottage.
A bed for a child and highchair are also available.
Pets are allowed upon request.
The cottage also boasts a 21m² roofed veranda, 8.5 m x 4 m private swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi (2.2m diameter), garden furniture, six chairs and a sun shade.
