Is about 60 sq.mts. and is settled in a pretty and peacefull area called Casal Palocco, basicly residencial and with large spaces between houses mostly with 1 or 2 floor and private gardens. The apt. is far about 15kms from Rome historical center in direction of the seaside and 5kms from beautyfull beacheas of Ostia Lido (the beacheas of Rome).
Is part of a small semidetached house with 2 indipendent apt. (the other one is where a brother of the owner lives).
