This dreamlike apartment offers amazing panoramic views of the Baltic Sea. From the private balcony, you can have a wonderful view of the sea and the beach, listen to the waves and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. You will hardly find a more relaxing location than this.

The sandy beach of Schönhagen is located directly at your doorstep, across a small footpath.

The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via an outside staircase (shared by all 6 apartments).

It has a covered balcony facing the sea, where you can relax on the sun loungers. A barbecue is also available. On the opposite side there is a portico, which provides access to a total of 6 apartments in the house. Since the portico is very spacious, it can also be used as a covered balcony. A table and some chairs are available here, where you can sit and enjoy the last rays of the warm evening sun. The apartment is spread over 110 square metres with enough space to accommodate up to six people (two people on the pull out sofa in the living area). It has its own small wellness area, with a hot tub that can hold 2 people and a sauna, where you can relax on days when the weather is not condusive. In winter, the Scandinavian fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere. You can sit next to the crackling fire and enjoy the panoramic view of the stormy Baltic Sea.

The flexible daily rate system is suitable for all types of budgets and holiday plans, such as a spontaneous short trip, a weekend in the mountains or the long, relaxing summer holidays. Or you can visit during the quiet off-season, when the beaches are virtually empty.

    “Das Appartement war sehr schön und auch sehr sauber gewesen. Wir haben uns schön entspannen können.
    Leider waren die Betten nicht so schön, wir hatten ganz schön Rücken schmerzen. Aber da ist ja auch jeder individuelle.
    Die Dusche war auch sehr verkalkt und müsste wirklich erneuert werden.
    Die Zoll Größe des TVs war auch recht klein und wir haben sehr gute Augen”

    “Das Haus befindet sich in einer super tollen Lage. Leider sind vor allem die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer schon sehr abgewohnt. Die Kunstlederpolster sind an vielen Stellen bereits aufgeplatzt.
    Der Wohn-Ess-Kochraum ist sehr großzügig, auch das Bad. Ebenso großzügig sind die Loggia vor der Wohnung und der Balkon, die ich aber beide aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht nutzen konnte.
    Ich halte die Wohnung keinesfalls für 6 Personen geeignet. Bestenfalls für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.”

    “Diese perfekt gelegene Ferienwohnung mit ihrem traumhaften Panorama lässt schnell über die spärliche Alltags-Ausstattung hinwegsehen. Für nachfolgende Gäste mit ähnlich wenigen Erfahrungen in Sachen Ferienwohnungen spreche ich gerne die Empfehlung aus, Alltagsdinge wie 2-3 Geschirrspültabs, etwas Spülmittel, einen Wischlappen, 2-3 Mülltüten mitzunehmen um dem lästigen Kauf gleich am ersten Tag im doch recht kostspieligen Laden am Platze zu entgehen. Auch Dinge wie Kaffeepötte sind mit 2 Stück in der Wohnung etwas wenig, wenn gleich wir uns nicht sicher waren, ob diese nicht von Vormietern angeschafft und da gelassen wurden. Kuscheldecken oder ein bequemes Kissen für das schöne, aber mitunter kühle Ledersofa sollte wohl sowieso jeder mitbringen. Auch ein etwas komfortableres Kissen für die stilvollen Stühle auf dem herrlichen Balkon und ähnliches... Das Objekt war sauber und gepflegt, bis auf normale Abnutzungsspuren, über die man durchaus problemlos hinwegsehen kann. Resumierend kann ich jedem Interessenten zu dieser wundervollen Wohnung raten, und wir werden beim nächsten Besuch unsere Bedarfsgegenstände sicher gleich mit im Gepäck haben.”

    “Erstmal das Positive: Der Ausblick und die Terrasse sind wirklich umwerfend! Man hat freien Blick auf das Meer und vom Liegestuhl aus kann man durch die Glasscheiben schauen! Super! Das Meeresrauschen war herrlich zu hören. Wir waren Ende August / Anfang September da und es war untertags angenehm ruhig.
    Die Möbel und die Ausstattung (z.B. Kochtöpfe, Türgriffe, Dusche, Matratzen) waren schon ein wenig mitgenommen oder eben "Billigware". Empfehlenswert ist es auf jeden Fall, aber in der Hochsaison sehr teuer.
    Es gibt leckeren Kuchen direkt in der Gastronomie unter der Ferienwohnung, sowie ein kleines Geschäft, wo man alles bekommt.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist in Top Lage, von der Ausstattung / Zustand auch super. Mit der Sauberkeit könnte es besser sein, Bad bzw. Dusche könnte einer Entkalkung gut tun. In den Schlafzimmer waren die Schränke ziemlich verstaubt.”
