This is a light and friendly holiday apartment of around 80m² with high-quality furnishing on the first floor. It was completed in 2o11. The hallway, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony have tiled floors, while the bedrooms have laminate flooring. The kitchen unit is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, sink, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and various kitchen utensils. The living room provides a sitting and dining corner with satellite TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed. They both have a large wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a WC, shower and washbasin.
The living room opens directly onto the large balcony (ca. 18m²) and has seating and a sea view, both inviting you to spend time outdoors.
