The standig individually holiday home, built in 1975 and renovated in 2013 is functional furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location at the edge of the woods.
For sole use are available: garden shower, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

Bublava, 800 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
The object is suitable for sporty guests with little claim to the property, but not for small children.
The access goes via a field or forest path (rubble or gravel, length 200 m). In winter there are snow chains essential. Parking lot on the property.
