Casa Serena

Brione is located on the sunny slope above Locarno. The spacious two-family villa was completely renovated in 2012 and is in excellent condition. It is located on the edge of the village on a side street and borders to the great outdoors and forest. Sunny hillside with a wonderful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. The 4-room apartment extends over 2 floors. On the upper floor there is the living area with a large, lakeside covered and open terrace with garden furniture, outdoor fireplace, gas grill. Below there is the swimming area with own indoor pool (approx. 3 m x 10 m, open from the beginning of April to the end of October), whirlpool and granite stone bar with direct access to the large lakeside terrace, all for private use. At the entrance to the apartment, on the forest side, there is a small seating area with a granite stone table. Driveway until house, double garage and staircase to the apartment 2 floors above. Bus stop ca. 400 m. Shops Minusio ca. 3 km. Locarno train station and lake ca.4 km. Bed/kitchen linen available. Washing machine and dryer for private use. Pets not permitted. Smoking only outside. The terrace at the level of the living area has deep terrace walls, not suitable for small children (at your own risk). Below the pool area there is the 3-room duplex apartment, which can be rented separately with reference to the HolAp property number H6645-469.

Very spacious living and dining area with a long dining table, sofa, Swedish stove, Swisscom-TV, wireless internet and large window fronts with a panoramic view of lake and mountains. Large, open kitchen, offset to the side of the living area, with a modern cooking combination with ceramic stove, dishwasher, freezer and ice maker. Exit to the covered terrace. 2 lakeside bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of the room with its own bathroom with toilet/shower/sink. On the corridor open office space with desk. Bathroom with tub/toilet/double sink. Lower floor, accessible by internal stairs: own swimming pool area with indoor pool and whirlpool, shower, granite stone bar and direct access to the open, large sunbathing terrace and sun blinds.
