Brione is located on the sunny slope above Locarno. The spacious two-family villa was completely renovated in 2012 and is in excellent condition. It is located on the edge of the village on a side street and borders to the great outdoors and forest. Sunny hillside with a wonderful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. The 4-room apartment extends over 2 floors. On the upper floor there is the living area with a large, lakeside covered and open terrace with garden furniture, outdoor fireplace, gas grill.
