Luxury Villas Sunrise and Sunset
Luxury Villas are located on the island of Pag in Jakišnica, near Novalja. The construction and decoration of the duplex was completed on 7/2023 in a design signed by the famous designer and artist Martin Pohl. The duplex is located in a quiet location and only 90 m away from the sea.
The villas have an area of 150 square meters, have three bedrooms with private bathrooms, and on the ground floor there is a room that has a separate entrance, and can be used if necessary to accommodate servants, own chef, or babysitter.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor and have access to a terrace overlooking the sea and a private bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and kitchen overlooking the sea, garden, and pool. All rooms are luxuriously designed, decorated, and fully equipped. In addition to superior design and comfort, guests have at their disposal Bosch-branded appliances, an Electrolux washing machine, a Nespresso machine, a wine cooler, and etc. The entire interior space is air-conditioned and has heated floors.
The villas have an outdoor area of 720 square meters and are equipped with an outdoor heated swimming pool of 30 m2, deck chairs and a relaxation area, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue, and are completely covered with Wi-Fi and high-speed internet. The villa offers parking and a charger for electric vehicles.
