Located on the sunny side of the Zillertal in the municipality of Stummerberg, this spacious holiday apartment is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities in the first holiday region in the Zillertal. Surrounded by alpine meadows, the accommodation is quietly yet centrally located. The village centre of Stumm, which has a bakery, various shops and restaurants, is only 7 minutes away and is best reached by car.

The spacious holiday apartment, which is situated on the ground floor, is suitable for 2-6 persons. The accommodation consists of three double rooms plus a bathroom with shower and bath and an extra WC. The rooms are equipped with a double bed, and each room has a sunny balcony with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountainscape. The fully equipped open kitchen diner is ideal for relaxed evenings watching TV or convivial gatherings with friends. After an active day with your children, enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the ski area Hochzillertal-Hochfügen to round off the day. Amenities include a car park and free Wi-Fi. However, we kindly ask you to leave your four-legged friends at home.

In summer, outdoor enthusiasts can explore a great variety of hiking and mountain biking routes directly from the accommodation, for example to Hamberg or Märzengrund. The water park “Badewelt Stumm”, which is a mere 8-minute drive away, is perfect to cool off and refresh on hot summer days. Golfers can practice their perfect swing at the Golf Course Uderns which is a 14-minute drive from the accommodation.

In winter, the ski area Hochzillertal-Hochfügen, which is a mere 10-minute drive from the accommodation, beckons skiers with rapid descents and exquisite mountain huts. The water fun park “Erlebnistherme Zillertal”, which is located within a 14-minute drive from the apartment, offers pure water fun and relaxation for small and large guests.
