In this magnificent panorama, almost covered by dense forest and without many neighbours, we present the newly built and stylish Villa Sa Font de Son Reus, our secret hidden from the outside world. 100% private and protected from prying eyes, this chic property can be enjoyed all year round by families with two children or even a third generation. Directly in front of the evergreen backdrop, you can dive into the wonderfully large, skin-friendly pool. Our comfortable aluminium sun loungers await you on the adjoining sun terrace. The spacious terrace area, which is just three steps up from the house, is protected from the sun and rain by stylish awnings. The second veranda is shaded by a balcony on the upper floor. The chilled-out lounge corner with its cool, trendy design and super-soft cushions seems to be calling your name and inviting you to enjoy a relaxing evening. From the adjoining dining table, you can move to a wonderful seating area where the easy-to-use gas barbecue offers the ideal opportunity for a barbecue together.

The preparations for this evening feast take place in the elegant white-style kitchen with some of the furniture fronts in elegant burgundy red. Crisp salad with fresh tomatoes, pimientos, Mallorcan olives and fresh bread, a few figs, sun-ripened apricots and a slice of Manchego cheese for dessert. If your mouth isn't watering in the truest sense of the word, then something is fundamentally wrong. Not only is there plenty of storage space in the kitchen for bulk shopping at the local weekly markets, but the fully equipped kitchen also makes cooking and preparing meals together a huge pleasure. The ground floor of this two-storey house is completely open and at the same time playfully angled. Dining, living and cooking merge seamlessly here. The furnishings are very simple, predominantly white, and the wall and floor design also fits in with this concept. The overall impression of the furniture is stylish and the purist look is simply beautiful. A fireplace adds a touch of rusticity to the villa, perfectly rounding off the overall look of this country house. The bedrooms are accessed via a staircase leading from the living area. While two rooms are furnished with double beds, the middle room has two single beds in a row, making it ideal for children. If you want to relax while strolling through a spacious pedestrian zone, sightseeing in the beautiful cathedral or strolling in the marina, you can reach the city of Palma quickly and stress-free. Its rural location with beautiful views of the Randa hill with its monasteries sets this villa apart from other holiday homes. The flat plain, especially around Llucmajor, is very popular with cyclists. If you are looking for a challenge, you can take a mountain bike tour to Randa.
