Outside you will find an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. The private heated pool, sized at 5m x 4m, offers a relaxing retreat. Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the house and one spot in the garage.

Enjoy the terraces in the village centre under the huge plane trees, the Provençal market each Thursday morning and the art exhibition each Friday. Taste local specialties in the various restaurants of Maussane: Tapenade, olives, AOC olive oil from the Vallée des Baux (two mills still operate), honey, jams, lamb of Alpilles, goat’s cheese, wine.
It's important to note that the property is situated along the main road that crosses the village of Maussane, and air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms.
