The cozy and family-friendly vacation apartment for up to 4 adults and 1 baby is located in a quiet location right next to the forest on the approx. 1,700 m² residential property in the basement of the owner's house. The Klein Plastener See lake and the Schlosshotel Groß Plasten are about a 10-minute walk away, and beautiful bike tours can be started directly from the property.

The approx. 55 m² non-smoking apartment with separate entrance is centrally heated and has a large living room (sofa bed for two people, TV, radio, CD and DVD player) with open kitchen (dining counter, electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower / WC and insect screens on the windows.

There is also a seating area in the large garden, a barbecue, parking space, bicycle storage, WLAN and a high chair for the children's dining area. The playground equipment in the garden may be used. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Pets are not allowed in this property.

Groß Plasten is a small community in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, approx. 12 km from the tourist attraction Waren (Müritz). The village is characterized above all by the nationally known castle hotel and the idyllic Klein Plastener See. Due to its proximity to the Müritz National Park, the national nature monument „Ivenacker Eichen“ with a treetop path and the forest and lake-rich surroundings, Klein Plasten is an ideal starting point for numerous activities.beautiful bathing opportunities can be found in addition to hidden natural bathing spots on the surrounding lakes, especially in the Volksbad an der Müritz in Waren (approx. 13 km) or in the idyllically situated outdoor forest pool in the Reuterstadt Stavenhagen (approx. 18 km).
