The apartment is located in the basement of a residential house (of the owner) within a quiet residential area, about 1 km from the Baltic Sea beach. It has a separate entrance and is equipped with a combined living/bedroom (double couch, upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio), a bedroom (double bed), a kitchen (dining area with electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, various kitchen appliances) as well as shower/WC and central heating. There is a furnished seating area, parking space and barbecue. The total price includes: Bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Towels must be brought along. To be paid on site: Deposit for the electric garden gate (80 EUR) and visitor's tax. The property is not suitable for children under 5 years!
