Villa Erika was built in 1890, but has been completely renovated and furnished with attractive rustic furniture in traditional style. The interior has been designed with great attention to detail. With more than 200 m2 of living space spread over 2 floors and with 4 bedrooms, this beautiful house can accommodate up to 10 people.
On the first floor you will find a spacious living/dining room, equipped with luxurious furniture and an open fireplace, kitchen with table and chairs and a bathroom. On the 1st floor there are 4 double bedrooms (2 with additional single beds and en-suite bathrooms) and en-suite bathrooms.
The private swimming pool is 24m2 and ideal for relaxing and cooling off from the hot Croatian sun. The area surrounding the swimming pool extends to 1100m2 of private land and is equipped with 8 sun loungers and 1 parasol, made of natural materials. The garden also includes a barbecue area with a dining table where you can enjoy some unforgettable moments with your family or friends.

Villa Erika is equipped with digital TV, DVD and wireless internet. Furthermore, there is a parking lot for 5 vehicles and Villa Erika is only a 10-minute drive away from Rabac, a pretty coastal town with many pebble beaches and excellent restaurants. You can hire a boat and explore the hidden coves along the coast, or go on a fishing trip in a fishing boat. In the evening, Rabac is a wonderful place to stroll by the sea and dine in one of the many fish restaurants with terraces by the water. Rabac is known as the 'pearl of the Kvarner Bay' because of its great ambience of a small fishing village, breathtaking bays and crystal clear water.

The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater and Brijuni National Park with an 18-hole golf course are only a 40-minute drive away.

Istria is a unique and enchanting place that has welcomed visitors and settlers for as long as history has been recorded. Great restaurants and taverns are within easy reach of the villa. This is a great place to enjoy food, history and ultimately to relax.
