The beautiful Villa Milka is a newly renovated (in 2019) stone house, furnished in typical Istrian style, located right next to a small olive grove in the eastern part of central Istria, above the valley of the river Rasa. Built next to vineyards and the nearby forests, guests of the villa can enjoy long walks or simply admire the view from the balcony, terrace or pool. At the villa you will find a selection of indigenous local drinks to enjoy alongside the beautiful views and sunsets. Villa Milka can accommodate up to 4+2 guests in total. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed, while the 2 sofa beds in the living area serve as an additional sleeping option. The first floor consists of a traditionally and fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area and a bathroom. The two bedrooms and a balcony are located on the second floor. Outside the villa you will find a covered terrace with dining area and barbecue where you can prepare traditional meals and enjoy them with a glass of Malvazija - good prices are guaranteed! :)Marici - a small village with only a few inhabitants that offers every guest intimacy and a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. It is far enough and at the same time very close to summer events that take place in all the famous Istrian tourist centers on the coast. The closest place is certainly the famous "pearl of the Adriatic", the beautiful Rabac with wonderful beaches and crystal clear sea, only 12 km away, where guests of the villa can park for free in front of the house of the family of the owner of Villa Milka.
Perched on its hill above the magical Kvarner coast, Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for art and history lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town offer well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, as well as various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town has some excellent fish restaurants, with delicious local produce, as well as cozy cafés where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
