Villa Dalmatinac is a modern luxury villa that offers an unforgettable holiday on the Dalmatian coast in an intimate setting with pleasantly decorated outdoor and indoor areas. What sets Villa Dalmatinac apart from other luxury facilities is the adjoining private tavern. Located on the Adriatic coast in the hinterland of the historic city of Zadar, Villa Dalmatinac offers many opportunities to enjoy a quiet time with family and loved ones, as well as the possibility to enjoy the numerous cultural or sports activities in the immediate vicinity of this place. The interior of the villa covers 220 m2 and can accommodate a maximum of twelve people. In addition to six luxuriously furnished bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning with panoramic views of the neighbouring mountain Velebit and a private bathroom on the upper floor, the ground floor houses a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. In addition to air conditioning in all rooms, internet and all associated facilities such as a washing machine, Villa Dalmatinac also offers many advantages in its spacious outdoor area. A large pool, a whirlpool and a children's pool are just some of the facilities that will provide you with an ideal holiday of undisturbed pleasure. For those who like to soak up the sun, there are comfortable sun loungers by the pool. Next to the villa there is a 110 m² private tavern (konoba) that offers you an authentic experience of Dalmatian tradition. In history, konoba was a name for cellars where stocks of food or wine were kept. Today, taverns are traditional restaurants in Dalmatia that promote the preparation of authentic and traditional Dalmatian and Mediterranean dishes and are often accompanied by the sounds of klapa songs, another authentic form of the Adriatic musical a cappella tradition. The tavern of Villa Dalmatinac is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities for relaxing in a large group of friends or family, such as cooking utensils, fridge and cooker, indoor grill, wine cellar, Wi-Fi internet connection and TV. Furthermore, the tavern has a sauna, making your stay at Villa Dalmatinac a perfect oasis of relaxation. Please note that this property only accepts youth groups or stag and hen parties on payment of a refundable deposit. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. If you are a youth group or stag party, you will be asked to pay the deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and subsequently refunded to you.
