The accommodation is located in an urbanization on the beachfront, the urbanization is a closed area, 24-hour security guard and concierge. The apartment has private parking, and has a full kitchen with all appliances, sheets, blankets, towels and personal hygiene products are provided. The apartment has a nice terrace of 18 m2 with furniture and a sofa, and frontal views of the sea.

There is a garden area of more than 20,000 m2, with direct access to the beach, the accommodation is surrounded by bars, restaurants, ATMs and supermarkets, all less than 150 meters away. It is a quiet residential area, ideal to enjoy with the family

The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi (500 mg) English, German, Russian, Arabic speaking TV, etc. It is located in an urbanization with direct access to the beach and with two large complexes of saltwater swimming pools, one of them with sea views and seasonal bar. One of the pools is open all year and the other from April to October 15. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware, glasses, bowls, etc. It has two full bathrooms and two bedrooms, there is also a bed in the living room with a 135 bed, as well as a large terrace with sea views with a table, sofa, chairs and sun lounger. The apartment has private parking as well as community parking until availability is exhausted.

It is surrounded by all the services of a city, in addition there are several golf courses less than 2 km away, the port of Cabopino is 1.5 km away, Marbella is 12 km away, and Fuengirola is 12 km away, where you will find shopping centers, agupark, zoo , etc..
