In the beautiful residential area of Badia Blava, a few meters from the sea and with a beautiful garden and porch, this charming chalet becomes a second home for 6 guests.

The outside of the house is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or shopping in Palma. You can spread out your towel and sunbathe on the green lawn, enjoy playing table tennis or darts and enjoy al fresco lunches and dinners under the porch, perhaps making use of the magnificent barbecue. The property is fenced and has close neighbours.

The two-story house offers a modern style with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The central room is the kitchen-dining room that is equipped with satellite TV, comfortable sofas, a table for 6 and an induction cooker. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor you will find one of the bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, both with double beds, and there is another bathroom with shower also on this floor. The three bedrooms and the living room are also equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning and the kitchen also has air conditioning. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The house is very close to the sea in an area of ​​rocks and cliffs, in a familiar and quiet environment, ideal for relaxing. The nearest sandy beach is Arenal, which is 9 km away with a very fast access by motorway. Palma is also very close, and there you will find all the services and gastronomic and leisure offers. If you like golf, the Golf Maioris is only 2.6 km away.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, insbesondere die Küche ist weiträumig und alle Geräte sind neuwertig. In den Betten schläft man ebenfalls gut Matratzenqualität ist gut. Der Garten ist entspannen, allerdings wären Sonnenliegen eine nette Bereicherung gewesen. WLAN funktionierte nur teilweise, am ersten Tag gut,
