Dear vacation guests,
we are pleased to welcome you in our vacation apartment in Odernheim. Our vacation apartment was renovated in 2015 and then lovingly furnished for you so that you are guaranteed to feel at home.
Should you still miss something in the apartment or should you need help, you can always contact us with confidence. Only in this way can we quickly and satisfactorily remedy any shortcomings.
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, dish towels, dishwashing liquid and garbage bags.
All things that are in the house or belong to it, may and should be used by our guests. However, we would like to ask that you always handle the entire furnishings with care.
By booking the apartment you accept the following rental conditions:
Damages
Nobody damages things on purpose. However, it can happen to everyone that something gets broken. If this should happen, we ask you to report the damage immediately, so that we do not have to determine this only after your departure with the final cleaning. The guest is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs.
Bathroom
We kindly ask you to remove the tiles of the shower after showering to avoid lime deposits. Please leave the window and -if possible- the door open for ventilation. Do not dispose of hygiene products, waste, food leftovers, harmful liquids, grease or similar in the shower and toilet, as this may cause unpleasant blockages. Please use the waste containers provided for this purpose.
Bed linen
We will provide you with bed linen for the duration of your stay. You do not need to remove the covers before your departure.
Payment
The complete rental amount is to be paid before or at the time of moving into the apartment in cash or alternatively early by bank transfer. If a deposit has been paid, it will of course be deducted from the total rental price. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by credit or debit card or by check.
Final cleaning
The cost for the final cleaning is 50,00 €. Particularly heavy soiling will be charged again according to expenditure.
Liability
The landlords are not liable for valuables of the guest or guests.
House right
Under certain circumstances it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartment without the knowledge of the guest.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Internet/WLAN
The rental price for the vacation apartment includes wireless internet access. The landlord is not liable for illegal internet services or use.
Cancellation
In case of repeated violation of the rental condition, the landlord may terminate the rental agreement unilaterally and the guest has to leave the vacation apartment immediately. In this case, there is no right to a refund of the rental price.
Additional costs
Water, electricity, heating and garbage are included in the rental price.
Price reduction
In the event of a short-term failure of public utilities or restrictions caused by force majeure, there is no right to a price reduction. Defects in the vacation apartment are to be reported immediately to the landlord. The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period of time to remedy these defects. Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be charged.
Smoking
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking in the apartment is therefore not allowed.
Key
Please never give the keys out of your hand. A loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable for any costs resulting from this circumstance.
