New apartment in a chic two-family house in Marina di Ardea, a small town south of Rome. The place extends from the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea to the Alban Mountains. You are in a nice holiday home area, which is closer to the center of Lido di Pini. In addition to countless restaurants, cafes and bars, the small holiday resort also offers sailing schools and boat rentals on the wonderful white sandy beaches. The absolute highlight of your holiday apartment is the large balcony. Here you can comfortably have breakfast or end the evenings comfortably and look back on what you have experienced. You can also spend your time in your own part of the garden. Here too there are seating options and plenty of room for your little ones to play and run around. For a small family the perfect place to stay for swimming fun with many possibilities for excursions and other leisure activities.

    “Ausstattung war in Ordnung, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, z.B. Küchenrolle und ausreichend Geschirrspültabs, Müllbeutel...das mit dem Müll ist in Italien sowieso eigenartig geklärt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet, wir haben uns dort mit 2 Kindern (14,7) sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine super tolle Dachterrasse, aber den Grill mochten wir nicht wirklich benutzen. Vermieterin sehr nett und freundlich, über Whatsapp immer zu erreichen jedoch spricht sie nicht so gut englisch wie angegeben, also man braucht definitiv einen Google Übersetzer. Bei der Ankunft hatte sie für die Kinder Gebäck und Kuchen bereitgestellt und etwas Obst und Getränke im Kühlschrank.
    Das Meer ist ca. 200 m weit und man kann es von der Terrasse aus sehen. Das Einzige was wirklich sehr störend war, war das Hundegebell der Nachbarn schräg rüber tagsüber und vor allem nachts. Das sich da noch kein Nachbar beschwert hat. Alles in allem war es ein schöner und gelungener Urlaub.”

    “Ein sehr süßes Apartment ausreichend für eine Familie (mit 2 Kindern). Die Besitzerin war sehr herzlich, bei Ankunft gab es einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank (Softgetränke, Wasser, Würstchen, Marmelade, Nuss-Nougatcreme, Brot, Kuchen etc) und einen großen Obstkorb! Tolle Geste! Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage ist nur in Küche Wohnzimmer vorhanden, so dass es in den Schlafzimmer nachts warm war, aber wir hatten auch eine Hitzewelle mit nachts 27 Grad! Viele Hunde bellen in der Umgebung, das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig die Terrasse ist gemütlich und lädt zum Grillen und Chillen ein. Aber alles in allem eine runde Sache!”
