Our cozy bed and breakfast with its own parking lot is nestled in the beautiful mountains of Maria Alm. Direct access to the Hochkönig skiing and hiking area. Ski lifts and ski schools are directly opposite our house. Free Hochkönigcard. You can relax wonderfully in our wellness oasis: sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, heated lounger and relaxation room. (Surcharge in summer) We offer a separate shoe cabinet with drying system for each room or apartment. Pets are only allowed in summer on request. No breakfast in the winter and Juli and August

Our stylishly furnished apartment for 2 to 6 people has two separate bedrooms, one bedroom has a bunk bed with high-quality mattresses. With two separate bathrooms (shower / toilet). Fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, free WiFi throughout the house, balcony. Bed linen, towels and tea towels including pets are only permitted in summer on request.
