Welcome to this lovely holiday home, a cottage called “Villa Vassen”,set by the little forest lake Kvarngölen. It has it's own private dockwhere you will find the boat that is included in the rent. You reach thelake by a set of steps from the terrace at the front of the cottage.The interior of the cottage is well planned, featuring a large familyroom that opens onto the terrace.

There is also a kitchen and a bedroom with a bunk beds. There is also adouble extra bed in the living room.Enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest! Admire the scenic nature orwhy not take a dip in the lake and make use of the diving tower? Tryyour hand at fishing. A fishing license is 250 SEK/person. Don't miss avisit to the pretty town of Ronneby!A deposition of 1.500 SEK is payed on arrival.Household waste must be source separated for recycling. Waste disposalis 150 SEK/week. It is important to be economical with the water in thecottage. The cottage can no be rented by large groups of youths.Welcome to this little paradise!

    “Das Haus hat alles und war sehr sauber. Auch an Ausstattung was Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, Boot usw. betraf, war alles funktionsfähig und sehr bequem. Die Lage mitten im Wald und direkt am See ist absolut super. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett! Fazit: Wer Ruhe und Entspannung in einer wenig besiedelten Gegend sucht, ist hier genau richtig.”

    “Wir waren im Oktober da und somit die letzten Gäste der Saison. Die direkten Nachbarhäuser waren zu dieser Zeit nicht vermietet. Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich und wohnlich eingerichtet. Es gibt zwar keine Heizung, aber dafür einen tollen Kamin, der bei Bedarf das gänze Häuschen heizt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wer auf Luxus verzichten kann und erholsame Tage in der Stille sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Für 4 Personen -wie angegeben- befanden wir (2 Personen) das Haus aber als zu klein, obwohl genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten vorhanden wären.”

    “Für Ruhesuchende ideal; idyllisch in die Natur eingebettet. Einfach, aber funktionell ausgestattet. Nette Vermieter. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts waren die Nachbarhäuser nicht vermietet, somit war es für uns ruhig und erholsam.

    Nachteile aus unserer Sicht:
    - wahrscheinlich "Manöversaison" der Schwedischen Armee; es flogen täglich Jagdflieger hörbar und relativ flach über den See und das Haus.
    - für vier Personen zu wenig Platz, Haus ist für zwei Personen ok
    - leider keine Fahrräder

    Für das Gebotene erschien uns der Preis in Ordnung, allerdings haben wir eine Aktion zum absoluten Tiefpreis (500 Euro für zwei Wochen) genutzt.”
