Our 2 houses, comprising 6 apartments (three one sleeping room apartments in house Christina and three "Superior with two or three sleeping rooms in house Dr. Krainer) , are situated in the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim near the thermal spa 'Römerbad' and the cable-car 'Kaiserburgbahn'. All the apartments are highly-furnished, with an open fireplace, and accomodate 2 - 4 in house Christina and 4 - 10 persons in house Dr. Krainer.

From 1.4. until 5.11.2024 is the kaernten card included in the price.

From 6.1. until  8.3.2024

If you buy a 6-days skipass for adults, then is the price for a 6-days children-skipass for childen under 12 years only EUR 6,--.

From 9.3. until 1.4.2024 you get 30% discount for the skipasses  if you buy a 3-days skipass then is also the entrance to Thermal-Römerbad on one day for 4 hours free. 

Apartment I and II are situated on ground floor with a big balcony overlooking the wonderful village Bad Kleinkirchheim. Each apartment is very leisurely and well furnished. They are equipped with kitchen, SAT-TV, Hifi-System, bathroom and toilette extra. There is also an open fireplace in each apartment where you can spend very romanticly evenings. In the apartments there is place for 2 to 4 persons. In the living room there is a cosy corner seat. The sleeping room is furnished with a double-bed and a big cupboard.
Apartment IV is situated at the basement of the house and has a terrace where you can go into the garden. The walls are paneld with wood which give the apartment a very rustical feeling.
The apartment is equipped with kitchen, Sat-TV, Hifi-System, a big bathtub
In the sleeping room there is a big double bed and in the living room is a sofa for two childrens to sleep.
W-LAN Internet in all appartments free.
Bed-linen and towels are in the appartments.

In summer time is the kaernten card included in all prices.
