This vacation villa is suitable for 5 people and spacious with wellness facilities. The vacation home is located in the center of Limburg and in a quiet nature park near Roermond. The villa is built entirely of wood and has a beautiful terrace on the wooden deck. Your pets are welcome in the house. The vacation home has a bathroom, a wellness area and 3 bedrooms. From your terrace you have a beautiful view of the water. Enjoy the luxury this house has to offer in the sauna or in the bathroom with whirlpool.

The surrounding area invites you to explore on foot, by bike or from the water. In the immediate vicinity you will find the so-called Maasseen, with an area of 3,000 hectares the largest contiguous water sports area in the Netherlands. Here you can sail, windsurf, canoe and swim. Visit the historic town of Stevensweert and the white town of Thorn. You can stroll and shop in Roermond and Maastricht. Visit the amusement park Toverland in Sevenum with your children. This amusement park is interesting all year round, as a large number of attractions are covered. Also enjoy a trip to the GaiaZOO in Kerkrade, one of the most beautiful zoos in the Benelux.
