If you feel like a day at the beach, you don't have to look far: you live only 300 meters from the nearest sandy beach.

Outside, a beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is at your disposal, so your vacation party can comfortably gather for cozy barbecues on balmy summer evenings.
