Es liegt im 1.Obergeschoss des Hauses und ist nur 250m vom Strand entfernt. Vom modern eingerichteten Wohn-/Essbereich ( TV,Hifi) haben Sie Zugang zum großen möblierten Balkon. Die angrenzende Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen (Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und diversen Kleingeräten). Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett befindet sich auf der 1. Ebene. Das modern ausgestattete Duschbad verfügt über eine Waschmaschine. Der ausgebaute Spitzboden bietet einen Wohn-/ Schlafbereich mit 3 weiteren Schlafmöglichkeiten und einem Fernseher.  Für die kleinen Gäste stehen ein Kinderreisebett sowie ein Hochstuhl in der Wohnung bereit. Der kostenfreie Pkw-Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem
Haus.
