Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich westlich vom Hotel „Neptun“ in der 2. Reihe, nahe dem Hotel „Stoltera“ und dem Sportplatz. Die Gartenstrasse ist ein sehr begehrtes Wohngebiet, da die Nähe zur Ostsee gegeben ist, aber auch eine gewisse Ruhe garantiert. Die Wege sind kurz und die Anbindung optimal (Bushaltestelle 2 min Fußweg). Die Entfernung zur Stadtmitte (Kirchplatz) beträgt ca. 800m und zum Strand oder der Promenade sind es nur 200m. Supermarkt und Bäcker, Shoppingmeile, Alter Strom mit Schiffsanleger, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Touristinfo und der Bahnhof befinden sich in der Nähe.



Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und liegt in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße. Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2000 gebaut und die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2023 neu renoviert. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen separaten Eingang und der PKW kann vor der Wohnung kostenfrei abgestellt werden und auch gegen eine Gebühr elektrisch geladen werden. Die modern eingerichtete Maisonettewohnung ist ca 50 m² groß und kann von bis zu 4 Personen bewohnt werden.
Das Abstellen von Fahrrädern in einem Fahrradständer auf dem Grundstück ist möglich. Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 200 m, zum Stadtzentrum von Warnemünde gehen Sie ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
