Beautiful and cosy 3 1/2 room flat on the top floor of a beautiful Engadine house.

This holiday flat is very centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from the shops, restaurants and the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths. Optimal connections to the local bus which takes you directly to the Motta Naluns ski area. It is also in a very quiet location (the neighbourhood street ‘Vi’ is closed to all traffic from 10.00 pm). The cosy south-facing balcony is the perfect place to unwind.

A bright living room with a large window front and underfloor heating awaits you here. Modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with rain shower, WC, washbasin and own washing machine with integrated tumble dryer. Nespresso coffee machine (capsules available in Scuol), flat-screen TV with Swisscom reception, free WLAN and much more.

Please note that there is no parking space available in this holiday flat. You can park your car in the chargeable (CHF 20.00.- per week) car park near the apartment building (approx. 80 m = 2 minutes walk).

    Ruhige Lage, trotzdem variantenreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.”

    Falls täglich Skifahren in Betracht gezogen wird - eher zweite Wahl, da nicht direkt beim Skigebieet.Positiv: Sonnige, geräumige Wohnung mit gutem StandardNegativ: offenbar doch ziemlich hellhörig - unsere Tochter hatte Mühe, da es im unteren Stockwerk im Kinderzimmer offenbar ziemlich laut war.
