Surrounded by rolling hills on the Istrian Wine Road is located in a quiet location "Casa Sarina " . On clear days magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and overlooking the sea with romantic sunsets! This beautiful old comfortable stone house in typical Istrian style located in small Istrian village Kortina 10 km east of Buje and about 18 km from the sea. Private: Enclosed grounds, garden with barbecue, terrace with garden furniture tiled swimming pool (7 x 4 m , 1.50 m deep) with salt plant, sun umbrellas and deck chairs.The low salt content from 0.4 % to prevent red eyes and has a positive effect on the skin (no chlorine smell). 4 -room house 110 m² on 2 floors with air- conditioning, rustic, tasteful and cozy furnishings. Kitchen / dining room with fireplace, satellite TV, stereo. Kitchen (ceranfield, oven, espresso machine, coffee machine, fridge). Shower / toilet on both floors. A bathroom with washing machine, 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 room with sofa bed .Grape arbor 12 sqm. 2 parking spaces are available. Mini-market and post office in Momjan 4 km, nearest restaurant 4 km, 20 km Umag, Novigrad 25 km.Near the house there are some known Istrian wine cellar vintner, in which also tastings take place.Within a few kilometers you will find restaurants serving regional cuisine and property with agritourism.There you can enjoy specialties such as truffles, the typical and homemade products from Istria. Pet allowed (No fighting dogs!)

    “Wunderschöne Unterkunft, ein ganz besonderer Duftgarten ( Rosen , Lavendel, Jasmin und mehr !), der verschiedene liebevolle eingerichtete Sitzecken hat ; ideal für Hunde , da komplett eingezäunt . Im Haus fehlt es auch an nichts , alles da was man so braucht. Pool super schön , wird täglich gereinigt, alles sehr gepflegt, toller Blick . Sehr nette Eigentümer , sie wohnen nebenan, haben immer ein offenes Ohr und verwöhnten unsere Hunde ! Rundherum eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder !”

    “Ein absolut perfekter und stressfreier Urlaub mit 4 Hunden! Tolles Haus mit schönem Aussengelände,Privatsphäre mehr als zu Hause da kaum Nachbarn,Ruhe und Erholung genauso möglich wie Besuche in verschiedenen Städten am Meer,inkl. Baden. Positiv: Total nette& unkomplizierte Vermieter, sehr tierfreundlich ,alles gepflegt,guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge jeglicher Art Negativ: Fällt mir nichts ein Restaurant: Konoba Rino - In Momjan gelegene Konoba, etwas gehobenere Küche mit tollen Steaks vom toskanischen Rind in verschiedenen Varianten. Wir haben die getrüffelte Version genommen und jeden Bissen genossen. Ausflüge: Rovinj - Immer wieder sehenswert! Die Altstadt von Rovinj mit Meerblick”
