In addition to its old town and the Unterlinden Museum, the Krutenau district (La Petite Venise or Little Venice in French) with its half-timbered houses and small, old bridges is also an experience. Visit the picturesque village of Kaysersberg (12 km) and Hohkönigsburg Castle (33 km), as well as an eagle observatory and monkey park in Kintzheim (30 km). Local gastronomic delights include wine and many cheeses, as well as tarte flambée, muenster cheese tart, and blueberry tart.
