The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1989, renovated in 2020 and is modern furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet location. For common use are available: grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. Boating with the landlord (skipper) on request on site (surcharge).

Banjol, 10 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2000 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and trees, limited by a hedce. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking lot (for 10 cars) on the property.

Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
