This comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is located in the Rocas del Mar residential complex in Riviera del Sol. The complex has gated parking and a beautiful pool area overlooking the sea and the beach. In just a few minutes drive you can reach Miraflores Golf Course, Bowls Club and many stores, supermarkets and bars.
The apartment is spread over one floor and offers a living and dining room, a glazed interior terrace and a separate kitchen that is well equipped and has a window overlooking the gardens. The glazed interior terrace is furnished like a living room with two comfortable armchairs and a table. The living room is equipped with a dining table with chairs and air conditioning (hot / cold), large inch TV and free wifi.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold) and share the bathroom with a large shower.
The well-maintained urbanization Riviera del Sol is located between Fuengirola and Marbella, a family-oriented vacation area with parks, well-kept avenues, green areas and a lively promenade that extends from Cabopino to The Cala de Mijas. There are many restaurants, stores, supermarkets, a gym, a tennis club and an 18-hole golf course, as well as two shopping centers, a sports center and a fitness club with tennis, bowling and swimming pool.
The Riviera del Sol is not far from La Cala de Mijas. If you like walking, you can do so along the promenade. From the hills you can enjoy an excellent panorama of the Mediterranean Sea. Visit the magnificent port of Cabopino, where you can enjoy the rich gastronomy of the place in the variety of bars and restaurants overlooking the port.
