Holiday apartment with shared outdoor swimming pool and balcony
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1992, renovated in 2014 and is in the typical country style furnished. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Ližnjan. The holiday apartement is located on a 630 sqm, closed plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday apartments PULLIZ023 and PULLIZ024 (for 4 people each) and PULLIZ026 (3 people) are in the same house. Guests of these four holiday apartments in Ližnjan are offered a wonderful shared sun terrace with a swimming pool, next to which there are comfortable sun loungers, and right next to it there is also an outdoor dining area with a wooden table and benches and an attractive massive beamed ceiling. One of the four holiday apartments was set up on the ground floor and the rest are on the upper floor of this single-family home, which is located on a fenced private property. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
