Pula. The holiday apartement is located on a 1900 sqm, closed plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. The wonderful holiday home offers four holiday apartments, two of which are in the main house and two in the bungalow, all on the same property with a spacious garden and beautiful shared swimming pool, which is located in the middle, surrounded by stone slabs and a well-kept lawn with Mediterranean plants. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property. Garage on request
