The studio is located in a detached single-family home built in 1990, was renovated in 2014 and is furnished in a functional and typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to its sunny location the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Pomer. The studio is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a parking lot in the village.
