Families in particular like to consider this small, cosy Baltic seaside resort their summer retreat. Schönhagen has around 1000 metres of fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, which seamlessly connects to the beach in Kappeln in the north and merges into a steep coast in the south. This development of comfortable holiday homes is located in the Baltic seaside resort of Schönhagen directly behind the small beach promenade, far away from the noise of the city. This house offers space and cosy functionality for large families or groups of friends. Whether it is stormy, snowing or the sun is shining - it is cosy in front of the fireplace, relaxing in the whirlpool or sauna and wonderful to sit on the terrace near the sea in summer. Small Edeka supermarket 20 metres away, open from Easter to October.

You can rent bed linen on site or bring your own. Please note that the double bed has a full-length mattress measuring 1.60 x 2 metres.

    “Das Haus ist schön und komfortabel eingerichtet und super für Familienurlaub mit Hund geeignet. Aber: das Haus wurde uns ungereinigt übergeben. Nach Reklamation wurden die Bäder gereinigt der Rest wurde nur kurz abgesaugt. Das Geschirr vom Vorgänger im Geschirrspüler musste selbst ausgeräumt werden. Die Betten haben wir selbst bezogen, was bei einem Wäschepaketpreis von 18€ eigentlich mit drin sein sollte. Beim Whirlpool ist der Abfluss nach wie vor defekt, wir mussten 3 Tage den Anblick des Vorgängerschmutzwassers erdulden, bis er vom Hausmeister instand gesetzt wurde.     “Wenn der Geschirrspüler gegangen wäre (trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurden wir immer wieder vertröstet), welcher definitiv schon vor unsere Ankunft kaputt war (Problem war schon bekannt) und man das Wasser aus dem Whirlpool bekommen hätte (wir haben ihn einmal genutzt und dann in Eigeninitative gangbar gemacht), würde ich 4 Häuser geben. Das 5. Haus scheitert an den Betten, welche spürbar ihren Horizont überschritten haben.
