Enter the house through the charming farmhouse-style porch, furnished with a table, chairs, and a cozy Hollywood swing. Once inside, you'll experience luxurious living in an ultra-modern setting. Thoughtfully selected decorations and unique pieces create a harmonious atmosphere. Relax on the swing bed and enjoy the peace and quiet far from the everyday hustle and bustle.
The Arabella Ranch offers about 6,500 sq ft, of living space across two floors, featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate guest apartment with its own kitchen, living and dining area, bedroom, and bathroom (approx. 755 sq ft). In the main house, there are 9 TVs, and 2 additional TVs in the guest apartment.
The first floor features a spacious gourmet kitchen with a center island and breakfast bar, a dining area that seats up to 12 people, a modern lounge with TV, and a cozy living room with an original wood-burning fireplace (please do not use). There’s also a small additional dining area, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. A freestanding wooden staircase leads to the fully-glassed upper floor, where you’ll find the master suite, 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, an office with a glass floor, and a game room with a pool table, bar area, and TV. The 865 sq ft balcony, accessible from the master suite, offers seating and lounging options and stretches the entire length of the house.
The south-facing terrace (approx. 2.150 sq ft) is perfect for relaxation. It features a cozy seating area with a panoramic screen and views of the untouched nature. The attached spa accommodates up to 12 people, and both the pool and spa can be heated. A gas grill is also available for leisurely barbecue evenings.

The Arabella Ranch is located in the northeastern part of Cape Coral, away from the more densely populated vacation home areas. However, it’s not far from the conveniences of modern life. In just 5 minutes, you can reach the nearest Publix supermarket, and along Pine Island Road, just 10 minutes by car, you’ll find numerous shops like Aldi, Target, Walmart, and a variety of restaurants and fast-food chains, such as Olive Garden, Chipotle, Outback Steakhouse, McDonald’s, and many more.
