This cozy wooden house is located in a Scandinavian style between water and meadow. The house in the port village Zerpenschleuse in the idyllic northern Brandenburg is located in the first row from the sea with great views over the boats and the nature around the harbor basin. The house is very modern and bright Scandinavian feel. Thanks to the gallery laid out like the first floor and the huge picture windows that extend from floor to roof, the whole house is flooded with light and the eye is always and everywhere the enchanting landscape.

In summer, enjoy the fresh air and the panoramic view of the canal from your private terrace. Even in winter, the port village Zerpenschleuse a trip is always worth it. In the cottage you can warm up after a walk along the water or through the snowy woods in front of the room lit fireplace in the living room. Here you can relax on the soul throughout the year and really breathe once again.

The house has its own boat dock. Here you can control your home from the comfort of water and park your boat on the pier in front of the house.
