Welcome to Åsa, one of the most beautiful vacation paradises in Sweden. The fantastic house is located undisturbed and on a slope, it offers you a magnificent panorama of the sea from all rooms. By the way, all rooms have floor heating. The house has been renovated and in 2005 an extension was added. It is located only 25 m from the shore and close to a jetty where you can swim and fish. The plot is large and there are 3 open terraces around the house, so you can follow the sun all day and barbecue on the west terrace in the evening while watching the sun sink into the sea. If you want to enjoy the Swedish west coast, you can also do so from the sauna, because from here you can see the archipelago and the lighthouses on the horizon!
The area is home to many attractions. For example, visit Tjolöholm Castle, where guided tours take place throughout the year. The castle garden is open to the public at all times. Kungsbacka has a shopping center, an outlet and a beautiful downtown with a marketplace. It is also not far to shopping in Gothenburg, where you will find the attractions Liseberg, Universeum, Paddanbåtarna and the shopping street Avenyn. In 20 minutes you can reach Varberg, its fortress, the beautiful promenade, as well as the outdoor swimming pool and the art museum.
For golf enthusiasts there is a wide range of courses. The house is ideal for 2 families. A crib can be ordered in advance.

    “Ein wunderschönes Haus, in toller Lage, direkt am Kattegat. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten rund um das Haus, nette Einrichtung und alles sehr sauber. Wir würden das Haus erneut anmieten. Allerdings wäre so nah am Wasser ein Boot von großem Vorteil, wir haben es vermisst.”
