This lovely holiday home is placed on a 6000 m2 large plot together with the holiday house CIK656. The houses share the entrance to the estate, a basketball court and grassy area for soccer, badminton, volleyball and a playground but still are sufficiently distant and isolated trough hedge, so each has its own part of the garden and privacy, making them the ideal choice for stay of two larger families or groups of friends. Interiors are modern and tastefully furnished, and complemented by a lovely terrace and a swimming pool with counter current for pleasant moments of relaxation. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom, a sauna and its own small terrace with a separate entrance. Visit the town of Labin with many cultural and historical sites and galleries. Nearby is the small fishing village Trget, where you can buy daily fish from local fishermen, or to taste delicacies of the sea at a nearby restaurant. The first beaches are located in Rabac, known as the place with the most beautiful beaches of the Istrian peninsula.

    “Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings sind es bis zum Meer z.B. Rabac 16 km (ca. 30 min).”

    “Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Sehr schönes und ansprechendes Objekt, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber etwas abgelegen. Die nächste größere Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist mit dem Auto ca. 15 min. entfernt. Zum nächsten Badestrand (Rabac) sind es ca. 25 min.”
