The property is surrounded by the woods and offers total relax. It’s the ideal location for those seeking for relaxation amidst nature but at the same time looking for untouched places and villages outside the common Tuscan tours! Nice and complete furniture. Excalibur 2 – Ground floor: living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchenette (divided from the living room by an arch; oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine), one twin bedded room, bathroom with shower (small window).

First floor : loft (max high 1.20m) with possible bed for a child. Access onto the outside. Three steps lead to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (small window). Private equipped outdoor space.
