Apartments in a country house with a wonderful view of the lake, surrounded by abundant greenery, with a shared pool and breakfast service


The guesthouse is in a landscaped park, in an absolutely quiet hilly location (300 metres above sea level), on the south-west shore of Lago di Garda. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view as far as the lake and the Sirmione peninsula.

There are two three-room apartments and three two-room apartments, which were all renovated and newly furnished in 2012. Smoking is prohibited in all the apartments. Each apartment has its own outdoor area with garden furniture. The apartments look out either towards the pool or towards the lake. There is even more space in the big park, which makes the house especially attractive for families with children, who can play freely. The big pool in the park is open during the summer season and there are sun loungers and parasols. The olive trees provide shade on hot summer days. Pets are welcome (extra charge only for the final cleaning of the apartment). Many other services are offered. You can enjoy the optional breakfast in the common room or on your own terrace, use babysitting services or hire an oldtimer for a nostalgic tour. Enquire at the reception. At the Honesty Bar you can get drinks and snacks around the clock as self service. The house also has a laundry room (use not included in the price) and there is a big, open parking space on site. The guesthouse is gay-friendly and is open all year round.

The lake and its many beaches is about 6-8km away. Nearby there are also many options for sports enthusiasts, such as golf, tennis, clay pigeon shooting or mountain biking. It is easy to get to the most popular leisure parks in the region, such as Gardaland, Canevaworld Resort or the Parco Natura Viva zoo and safari park. You can book a guided boat tour on the lake. The reception is happy to provide information and advice, or to make bookings for you. Of course there is also the proximity to towns such as Brescia (30km), Verona (48km), Mantova (70km) with their countless art treasures, monuments and shopping facilities within a historical setting. The nearest airports are Verona, Brescia and Bergamo (80km).

Holiday apartments

The guest house offers two three-room apartments and three two-room apartments, which were all renovated and newly furnished in 2012. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, a wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. There is a living and dining room with a lovely dining table. The cooking niche is fully-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher. The bathrooms are light a spacious with a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. Bed linen and hand towels are provided free of charge.

Two-room apartment

The guest house offers two three-room apartments and three two-room apartments, which were all renovated in 2012 and newly furnished. The bedrooms have double beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table and lamp. There is a living and dining room with a beautiful dining table. The cooking niche is fully-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher. The bathrooms are light and spacious with a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Two-room apartment

The two-room apartments are all on the ground floor and provide around 50m² of space for two to four people. They consist of a double bedroom (bed measuring 152 x 203cm), a living room with a sofa bed (single or double on request), a dining space and cooking niche, and a bathroom. Children’s or supplementary beds can be booked in addition. Hand towels are provided free of charge. Bed linen can be changed at a supplementary cost. Air conditioning and heating are included in the price. A telephone and cable TV are provided. There is free wireless Internet access in the breakfast room and at the reception. Small dogs are allowed, as long as they are kept on the leash outside. There are two reserved car parking spaces per apartment on site.

Each apartment has a private outdoor area with a table and chairs, facing the park, so you can enjoy dining outside.

    “Negativ: Sehr geehrtes Team von tourist-online.de,

    ich kann leider nichts Gutes über diese Unterkunft berichten. Nach nur 9 Tagen haben mein Mann und ich es nicht mehr ausgehalten.
    Die Bilder der Unterkunft sind jenseits jeder Realität! Die angeblich im Objekt vorhandene Cantina also Frühstück oder Erfrischungen und Spiel (Billard) waren Baustelle die im Zeitraum des Aufenthalts krach und staub verursachten. Auch die Gaststätte in Fußnähe gab es nicht mehr und alles wird in der Buchungsbeschreibung beworben. Des weiteren hatten wir die Ferienwohnung wo scheinbar von der Klimaanlage sämtliche Anschlüsse, in der sehr dünnen Wand, zu den Wohnungen verlaufen und ständig laut brummten so das kein schlafen möglich war und wir auf Luftmatratze im Wohnraum schliefen. Das Schlafsofa war leider so desolat das mir die Worte fehlen. In der Wohnung gab es eine Steckdose für deutsche Anschlüsse nach Nachfrage eines Adapters warteten wir vergeblich. Auch das es keinen Hinweis gab das der Fernsehempfang nicht auf deutsch möglich ist, ist für deutsche Gäste untragbar, da auch das Wlan-Netz seinen Dienst regelmäßig einstellte. Die Dusche war defekt und wurde nicht nach Mangelangaben repariert. Es gab nur verdreckte Auflagen für die Terrassenstühle von einem Sonnenschutz ganz zu schweigen. Die Poolanlage ist ein Witz kaputt und gefährlich! Auch die Pooldusche ist schon seit längerem defekt. Die Liegen sind ständig zusammen geklappt und der Aussichtsplatz aus Holz ist so vergammelt man könnte nur heulen dafür soviel Geld bezahlt zu haben. Ich hoffe für die nächsten Urlauber das es kontrolliert wird.

    “Hoch über dem Gardasee, mit super Blick auf den See,
    weg vom Trubel, Ruhe pur, nur die Grillen zirpen.Ohne Auto geht nichts, einkaufen, essen gehen usw Positiv: Sehr nette Vermieterin. Veronika hat versucht, alles was fehlte zu besorgen. ( z. B. Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrtücher, Mittel gegen Ameisen) Negativ: Die Zufahrt über eine wenig, bis garnicht befestigte „ Straße“!!! Eine Herausforderung für jedes Auto. Sportfahrwerke haben keine Chance. Auch für Fahrradfahrer sehr schwierig zu fahren!!!”

    “Sehr saubere Wohnung und großer gepflegter Garten/Außenbereich/Pool. Super freundliche und herzliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin und ihre Familie. Sehr ruhig gelegen, auf einem Hügel bei Lonato, mit Blick auf den Gardasee oder Po-Ebene. Anfahrt am besten per Navi oder Google Maps. Das Restaurant nebenan "Le Bagnole" ist auch sehr zu empfehlen - selbstgemachte Pasta und Grillfleisch zum dahin schmelzen.
    Großer Supermarkt "Esselunga" in Deszenzano war perfekt für Lebensmitteleinkauf.
    Wir haben kommen gerne wieder!”

    “Ein Traum!! Etwas abgelegen, von Tourismustrubel keine Spur, liegt das unglaublich schöne, sehr saubere Haus mitten in einem Idyll. Auf dem großen Grundstück und in dem tollen Pool sind Kinder absolut willkommen. Die Vermieterin ist so herzlich und gibt tolle Tipps. Einzig die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber gut machbar, wenn man die "richtige" der 3 vorhandenen Möglichkeiten nimmt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!”
