The guesthouse is in a landscaped park, in an absolutely quiet hilly location (300 metres above sea level), on the south-west shore of Lago di Garda. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view as far as the lake and the Sirmione peninsula.
There are two three-room apartments and three two-room apartments, which were all renovated and newly furnished in 2012. Smoking is prohibited in all the apartments. Each apartment has its own outdoor area with garden furniture. The apartments look out either towards the pool or towards the lake. There is even more space in the big park, which makes the house especially attractive for families with children, who can play freely. The big pool in the park is open during the summer season and there are sun loungers and parasols. The olive trees provide shade on hot summer days. Pets are welcome (extra charge only for the final cleaning of the apartment). Many other services are offered. You can enjoy the optional breakfast in the common room or on your own terrace, use babysitting services or hire an oldtimer for a nostalgic tour. Enquire at the reception. At the Honesty Bar you can get drinks and snacks around the clock as self service. The house also has a laundry room (use not included in the price) and there is a big, open parking space on site. The guesthouse is gay-friendly and is open all year round.
The lake and its many beaches is about 6-8km away. Nearby there are also many options for sports enthusiasts, such as golf, tennis, clay pigeon shooting or mountain biking. It is easy to get to the most popular leisure parks in the region, such as Gardaland, Canevaworld Resort or the Parco Natura Viva zoo and safari park. You can book a guided boat tour on the lake. The reception is happy to provide information and advice, or to make bookings for you. Of course there is also the proximity to towns such as Brescia (30km), Verona (48km), Mantova (70km) with their countless art treasures, monuments and shopping facilities within a historical setting. The nearest airports are Verona, Brescia and Bergamo (80km).
